I’m glad I’m not the only one who had a bad experience: I fed 3 strips to my almost 60-lb coonhound and within a few hours he was a sick as the dog he is. Diarrhea, gas, eating grass, biting and itching his face and paws. Two days after eating them, he shed a ton of fur–like a radiation patient! Maybe he had an undiagnosed allergy, but I don’t think so (his regular food contained chicken as the main protein). It’s possible there are undisclosed ingredients (preservatives?) in these treats. I will NEVER buy them again and warn people to stay away.

I have been feeding the chicken and duck jerky strips to my dogs for a few years now with absolutley no side effects. I have now banned these products from my home and will no longer promote to my pet loving friends. Not only did I recently discover the treats being made in China but when I sent an email to Dogswell asking about the quality of proteins used I recieved a form response that not only dismissed my question but said a whole lot of nothing. That’s great they have “high standards” but maybe mine are higher. I was dooped! You can now purchase these treats from big box retailers such as Target and Petco right next to the raw hide treats and down the isle from Alpo. What crap!!!

If you’ve already downloaded the tar.gz package, you’ll want to just simply make sure that it has a normal file name instead of the downloadservlet\? garbage that you get if you download the link via wget.

Once the file has a proper name you can go to the next step to unpackage the tar ball:

sudo tar zxvf openfire_3_5_1.tar.gz

Hi people I have some problem with setting up openfire.

I downloaded open fire tar.gz

but I dont understand what is this command used for

mv downloadServlet\?filename\=openfire%2openfire_3_5_1.tar.gz openfire_3_5_1.tar.gz

further more I get eror mesage

mv: cannot stat `downloadServlet?filename=openfire%2openfire_3_5_1.tar.gz’: No such file or directory

Can somebodu help me understand what is it used for (command) or what does eror mesage means

or beter yet explain me what now

I’ve got a Golden Corgi, beautiful face and tiny legs. He is a real difficult dog to feed, very picky. I have found some canned food he’ll eat but no dry food suits him. He loves Dogswell liver treats and their chicken jerky. He has had no trouble with loose stools or seizures or anything worse than gas. He gets itchy from eating bagels and cream cheese, just a small bite, but aside from that, nothing bad to report. I distrust Chinese capitalists as much as I distrust American capitalists and in a perfect world I would make his food for him, just like I cook for my wife and I, but that is just a bit further than I can go. I will say this, though: most canned dog food looks like vomit. Wrigley won’t touch it! So for now I have to feed him what he will eat and hope the Commies don’t kill him.

It’s hard to imagine that Hostway has a mission of “helping small business succeed,” unless of course they are only thinking of themselves. I have been a small business client for more than 7 years and finally decided today that to survive in my businesses cyber world I had to transfer to Hostmonster. Unlike Hostway whose service is from India, Bulgaria and who know where else IF you can reach them, Hostmonster has 100% US based technical and account support staff available 12/7 by toll-free phone lines without an extra fee. Also unlike Hostway they communicate with their customers about the fact that they are transferring server platforms and disabling regular functions on Christmas Eve when they send their supervisors home early so as not to resolve customer issues. They have the #1 worst customer service in the world which is why I would recommend not using any of their services unless you only want to help Hostway succeed as your business is suck dry from fees and charges that cannot be resolved and services that are not reliably available.

Thanks alot! That is easy!
I knew that it used a DirectoryIndex function but I didn’t know where to put it on my Ubuntu setup, but my MAMP setup had the configuration in httpd.conf, completely different from the Ubuntu box.
