		<description>It’s hard to imagine that Hostway has a mission of “helping small business succeed,” unless of course they are only thinking of themselves.  I have been a small business client for more than 7 years and finally decided today that to survive in my businesses cyber world I had to transfer to Hostmonster. Unlike Hostway whose service is from India, Bulgaria and who know where else IF you can reach them, Hostmonster has 100% US based technical and account support staff available 12/7 by toll-free phone lines without an extra fee. Also unlike Hostway they communicate with their customers about the fact that they are transferring server platforms and disabling regular functions on Christmas Eve when they send their supervisors home early so as not to resolve customer issues.  They have the #1 worst customer service in the world which is why I would recommend not using any of their services unless you only want to help Hostway succeed as your business is suck dry from fees and charges that cannot be resolved and services that are not reliably available.</description>
